Annual CANASA Job Fair

Due to the overwhelming success of last year’s Job Fair,
we are thrilled to invite you to participate in the 2025 CANASA Job Fair!
This event is designed to connect employers like you with motivated job seekers actively pursuing careers in the security industry.
Our Commitment to Attracting and Retaining Talent
In partnership with our NextGen Committee, CANASA is working hard to ensure strong attendance from high-quality candidates — and to support those already in the industry — by:
- Promoting the event across social media platforms
- Engaging schools, colleges, and employment agencies
- Featuring the Job Fair prominently on the CANASA Job Board
- Launching a new “My Career in the Security Industry” section on the Job Board, outlining seven career paths to inspire new talent
- Allowing job seekers to upload résumés for participating recruiters to access
- Enabling recruiters to post open positions visible to job seekers
Enhancing the Candidate Experience
To make the most of their visit, job seekers will be invited to join guided tours of the Security Canada Trade Show floor on Thursday October 23 at 10:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. Led by CANASA’s NextGen Committee members and volunteers, these tours provide candidates with a firsthand look at the broader security industry.
