Loading Dock

For moving in and out, you must utilize the designated loading dock area – please do not use the front entrance.

Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from parking in the entranceway in front of the hotel as vehicles parked there will be subject to towing.

You will receive an email from Lange with your designated move-in date and time approximately three weeks before the show.  They can be reached at (800) 668-5687.

Monday, October 21, 2024 (move-in for large exhibits only (4 booths and up); Lange will email you your move-in time)*
8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Tuesday, October 22, 2024 (move-in for all exhibits; Lange will email you your move-in time)*
8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Move-Out Date & Time
Thursday, October 24, 2024
3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Move-out

• All exhibits must be removed from the hall by 10 p.m. after which they will be removed by show management and charged back to the Exhibitor.
• Please advise your booth staff to book their travel accordingly as there is a penalty for dismantling the booth early.
