The Sheraton Laval has a loading dock to assist you with moving in and out of the Laval Ballroom.
Move-in takes place:
April 23, 2024: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
April 24, 2024: 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Move-out takes place:
Tear down begins at 5:00 p.m. on April 24.
